Whether you're recovering from a ski-related injury such as an ACL tear, patellar tendon pain, or low back injury—or preparing your body for the upcoming season with ski rehabilitation—we’re here to help. Our approach combines targeted movement assessments, personalized exercise programming, and a variety of therapeutic modalities to support a safe and efficient return to skiing.
We also offer ski performance training for individuals or small groups (up to 2 people), ideally beginning 12 weeks before your first day on the slopes.
