Empower Physical Therapy is an Out-of-Network Provider. This means that payment is due at the time of your service. Insurance companies will either reimburse you for what you paid OR the amount you paid will apply to your Out-of-Network Deductible. We provide the appropriate documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance company. Contact your insurance company to learn about the specifics of your Out-of-Network Benefits. 

At Empower Physical Therapy we offer a few options plans. Each visit is $185 OR you can sign up for a package! We have a 6 visit package for $1050 AND a 12 session package for $1980. Each package offering you savings.

We accept HSA/FSA, cash, check, debit card, and credit card. Payment is expected at the time of your service.

Insurance companies often limit what we as providers are able to do for you and your care. Being Out-of-Network allows us to deliver high quality, one on one care without surprise bills after treatment.
